Can agents, tenants, and landlords all log in?
Yes. Letaro has separate login paths for agency staff, tenant portal users, and landlord or owner portal users.
What does the staff seat cover?
The core staff seat is AUD 99 inc GST per staff user and covers role-aware access to the Letaro workspace, administration, and platform controls. Agencies need at least 1 staff seat.
Can we choose only the modules we need?
Yes. Trust accounting, property management, sales, finance, communications and marketing, AI, and workflow automation can be selected as modular monthly products.
Are owner and tenant portals extra?
No. Owner and tenant portal access is included with Letaro so portal users are not charged as staff seats.
Is business insights charged separately?
No. Business insights is included so agencies can see portfolio, sales, finance, arrears, and workflow signals without another module fee.
How are email and SMS billed?
Email and SMS are sold as monthly bundles. The bundle prices are planned with at least a 100% markup on public delivery costs and are kept separate from the base SaaS subscription.
Can Letaro handle both property management and sales?
Yes. The product is designed for agencies that need rent roll operations, owner and tenant work, sales pipeline management, contracts, finance, and reporting in one place.
Can we migrate an existing rent roll or contact database?
Yes. Migration is scoped around your current systems, portfolio size, data quality, and the modules you want to start with.
